1. Refund Policy:
At Full Circle Agency, we prioritize our clients’ satisfaction. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
A refund can be requested if the service has not been delivered or performed during the term of our agreement.
Refunds must be requested within the current month of the service for which compensation is sought.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Creative services that have already been delivered, such as graphic design, copywriting, photography, and videography, are non-refundable.
We may decline refund requests in certain situations, including but not limited to:
If you received the service as ordered but later decided it wasn’t what you wanted.
If you were informed of or aware of certain issues with the service before making a purchase.
If any issue arises with the delivered service and it isn’t reported within 7 days from the receipt date.
2. Delivery Policy:
As an Amazon agency, our services are digital in nature. They will be delivered through various digital channels such as email, Slack, and other online platforms.
3. Return Policy:
Given the digital nature of our services, returns are not applicable. However, we do have a refund policy, as detailed above, to address any concerns.
4. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that business needs can change. Some of our client agreements come with a specified minimum service term. After the completion of this term, clients are free to terminate the Agreement with a thirty (30) days’ prior notice. There are no cancellation fees if the termination is done post the minimum service months.
